Free for homeowners and property managers
Posting a job, receiving quotes, running properties and passing an invoice on to your client cost nothing, on any number of properties. There is no plan to choose and nothing to pay.
Questions
What counts as a quote?
Every quote you send on a job, counted in the calendar month you send it. Visits on a recurring plan are not quotes and never count against the limit.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The form is replaced by a note telling you what you have used and what the next plan costs. Nothing you have already done is affected — you can still view, get paid, record payments and talk to your customers.
When does my allowance reset?
On the 1st of each month, Dominican time.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately and is invoiced for a full month at the new price. Moving down takes effect when the month you have paid for ends.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice we issue. There is no card payment yet, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
